The Taber Room at Cork is a versatile and sophisticated space that is perfect for hosting celebrations of any kind!  Named after Joseph Taber, a prominent businessman who played a key role in the development of the city, this space exudes elegance and charm, with its classic décor and beautiful details.  The room can be configured in a variety of ways, making it easy to accommodate different group sizes and layouts. The room is equipped with a full sound system, fire place, bathrooms, elevator, and attached patio! The Taber Room is the perfect space for hosting a wide range of social events & private dinners, from intimate birthday parties, retirement parties, or other special occasions.

Our short term stay accommodations, Millie's is a stunning two-story penthouse directly above Cork. Located atop our solid stone Taber Building, which dates back to 1815, this luxury rental offers a truly unique and historic experience. The penthouse spans over 2,500 square feet and features two bedrooms, two full baths, and can comfortably sleep up to five guests with a king, queen, and twin-sized bed. The antique recycled heated flooring, gas fireplace, and air conditioning make this penthouse a comfortable retreat, no matter the season. The private deck offers sweeping views of the waterfront, where guests can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
